As Chief Executive of T3SC I am responsible for leading the organisation in making a positive difference to Tameside’s communities. |

Liz Windsor-Welsh
Deputy Director
I’ve got two main aspects to my role – as the Deputy Director of T3SC I’m responsible for the organisations income generation strategy, learning and development and manage two teams. The other part of my working life is spent as the Director of Voluntary Action Oldham (the sister organisation to T3SC in Oldham). T3SC and VAO have a formal collaboration agreement about working together to help both organisations keep their costs low and ensure they can continue to deliver quality services to their members. |

I work with people who work with families, children, teenagers and young adults. I facilitate the Funky Lizard Network where groups can get together and support each other. Together we celebrate our contribution to the lives of people in Tameside. We learn together, making sure we access all available learning opportunities and get good information at the right time, and we ensure that we have a Voice at the Tameside Children’s Trust Board and other strategic meetings where decisions are made which affect us. |

Anna Hynes
Policy and Participation Officer - Health and Social Care
I support voluntary, community and faith groups involved in delivering health and social care services and projects locally through the Health and Social Care Network. The network is a place for groups to work together to share information and experiences relating to their work and the local, regional and national picture. We also provide a range of training and events geared towards building knowledge, capacity and contacts for these groups. We have recently set network priorities (including mental health and well-being and disability) and have begun to identify issues within these areas and are finding ways to resolve them.
