Ruth Madden is the Community Development Worker for Droylsden and is based at Medlock Sports centre twice a week, but can be contacted on 07979 700682. Ruth helps groups with funding, training, legal issues, anything in fact that can help you do your work better. There is a network for all groups in Droylsden held quarterly. This network gives groups the opportunity to meet up, find out about the latest funding opportunities and discuss any other issues that community groups are experiencing.

Rachael Atkin is the Community Development Worker for Denton South and is based at the Haughton Green Centre on Tatton Road. Rachael is currently working towards helping residents become more aware of how to get involved in local decision making and is working with residents who are a part of the Denton South Partnership to develop training and support to help residents to have their voices heard in decisions affecting Denton South. Rachael also provides general support to groups including advice on funding, training, capacity building and any other support to enable groups to run.
